Past 8 years in energy-based medical device in the growing Asian Market. Currently, Alon is taking responsibility for Alma Subsidiaries is India and Hong Kong. Alon holds a B.Sc. in Bio-Medical engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University, both with cum laude.

Amit Shukla

Business Unit Head – Injectable
Amit brings 20 years of experience in the Dermatology & Aesthetic industry with marketing & sales expertise. Out of which 12 years, growing aesthetic injectable market in India for dermal fillers, toxins & Ultra-sound device.
Amit holds a Bsc in Chemistry from Mumbai University.

Bhavreen brings 11 years of experience in marketing, business development in pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Experienced professional with expertise in strategy planning, market research & product launch in aesthetics, gynecology and ENT segments. Bhavreen holds bachelors in pharmacy degree along with MBA in marketing.

Keshava has over 20 years rich experience in healthcare & electronics industries.  Besides his responsibilities of service & maintenance functions, he initiated new service strategies across Asian countries. Keshava is an Electronics Engineer  & has done Information Technology program with institute of repute.

Prajakta Sawant

Manager HR – India
Prajakta brings 11 years of experience in Human Resources Management across the Industry including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She has demonstrated expertise in multiple facets of HR domain such as talent acquisition, performance management, transforming organization culture, building agility and resilient mindset. Prajakta holds MBA degree in Human Resource Management from the Mumbai University coupled with EPHRM from Indian Institute of Management -Calcutta.
