About Blepharoplasty:
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is a procedure performed on the upper or lower eyelids to remove excess skin that can impair the function of the eye, including visual field obstruction.
Blepharoplasty treatment can be performed as a non-invasive or invasive procedures depending on impairment severity.

Blepharoplasty treatment with CO2 laser:
Blepharoplasty is the third most common aesthetic surgical procedure performed in the United States. Upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty are indicated for the treatment of excess skin and/or orbital fat. CO2 can treat Dermatochalsis, Blepharoptosis and eylid ectropion.
How does it work?
Pixel CO2 Focus Applicators enables Cut & Coagulate with perfect control without having to switch applicators or parameters, ideal for surgical applications!
“Cut” (ablation) mode – short pulses at high peak power, causing immediate ablation of tissue.
“Coagulate” (thermal) mode- longer pulses at low to modest power, generating heat, which cause sealing of small blood vessels.
This sequential-action allows physicians to achieve optimal tissue incision or excision cutting with minimal bleeding as well as reduced patient downtime.
CO2 laser benefits:
Minimal bleeding
Bleeding was found to be minimal during surgery because a narrow zone of thermal injury seals most small vessels. The operating field is therefore relatively bloodless.
Faster surgery:
Better hemostasis with the use of the CO2 laser enables better visualization of the operative field during surgery, thereby reducing the operative time.
Quicker rehabilitation:
Postoperative swelling and edema are reduced as lymphatic vessels are sealed by the laser. It has been suggested that reduced edema and ecchymosis enable faster healing and earlier social activity which results in a high rate of satisfaction immediately following surgery

Non-Invasive Blepharoplasty treatment with Colibri applicator (Accent Prime)
The only market solution offering dual ablative and thermal modes for the treatment of sagging eyelids and wrinkles.
The Colibri applicator embodies the highest peak power solution on the market for non-surgical eyelid lift, periorbital & perioral fine lines & wrinkles, and Xanthelasma.
The Colibri offers treatment solution focusing on saggy and lax excess skin, which in other cases may need surgical intervention and prolonged downtime.
Colibri benefits:
No carbonization
Safe
Versatile – can be added as a single applicator to the wide range of Accent Prime’s applicators
How does it work?
Colibri is a Unipolar RF-based technology to produce Microplasma sparks, delivering energy via a specifically designed tip. These sparks create controlled micro-perforations leading to skin contraction, resulting in tighter and smoother skin. Colibri offers a highly effective alternative to more invasive treatments used today.
“The Colibri applicator is proving to be a highly valuable asset and addition to my
Accent Prime treatments. My patients benefit from very effective treatments and much
smoother, younger looking skin – with significantly shorter downtime than other
alternate solutions.”
